The velocity factor is determined by the dielectric. It will be the same
all solid dielectric teflon coax, such as RG-142. Of course, When you
get to the precision of making a notch filter you may have to cut it
long, measure the notch frequency and then trim because the dielectric
constant of teflon varies with maker and batch as well as some with
temperature.
