I don't understand how you can have a "microwave qualified
test cable" when you don't know or care what is on the far end.  
A real microwave test cable comes with something like APC-7
on both ends, and a guaranteed phase length.  It's about a 
half meter long.  And costs about $300. Please enlighten the
