I have not been able to cross reference or find the specifications for the
MRF 182 RF transistor.
You could inquire at RF Parts for a suitable cross reference or
specifications.  The frequency that this mobile phone operated at ( 800 -
900 MHz ?) would be within the frequency parameters of the transistor.
