[Microwave] Need a part identified.

I have a part that could be anything from a return loss bridge to a 
power divider. 

It is in a sealed case with 8 pins of which 4 are connected to the 
case. It came out of some microwave equipment that was 
probably operated in the 400 to 500 MHz range. The case is 
about .75 by .375 by .375 in. 

Apparently the manufacturer is SMC (If I could identify the 
company, I could probably find out what the part is). The part 
number is DOP-A16. 

If anyone can identify the company name or know what the part 
is I would appreciate some help.
