Ah, ok then. I have just taken the practice general exam at QRZ.com and passed, so I think I would pass the actual exam.
Do you know if there are any upcoming exam sessions nearby?

Actually you will need to re-take the Element 3 exam before you can
upgrade to General. The CSCE (basically the certificate for passing
an element) is only good for 365 days from the date it was issued.
Since you passed the tests in 2003, the Element 3 CSCE is no longer
valid.
