[MicroHAMS] good general logging software?

Hi,
 
the logging program I have been using is going belly up on my computer (Logger 32 beta 4). I am ready for a change. Can anyone suggest a good, free program that does at least the following:
 
- ADIF import/export
- Telnet to DX cluster with QSY on mouse click
- radio control for Kennwood TS 520 or, even better, the K2
- counting of DXCC
- tracking of paper QSL status per QSO
- show previous QSOs per call
