Hi Andreas! It's a program, the name of which means "Weak Signal 
communication, by K1JT."  It has several different DSP modes optimized for 
scatter propagation (e.g., meteor/tropo scatter) and EME on VHF. It uses 
AFSK via the PC sound cards, similar to the HF digital sound-card programs 
and modes. The EME modes are permitting "modest" stations to work EME QSOs. 
I just got started with FSK441 meteor scatter on 6m and it's a kick ... 
almost as much fun as 160m ;-)
