MFJ 986, High Power HF Antenna Tuner For Sale: The MFJ 986 Differential-T Tuner uses a differential capacitor that makes tuning easier than ever. It gives minimum SWR at only one setting. Broadband coverage ends constant re-tuning. The MFJ-986 has a rugged roller inductor. The antenna tuner handles 1500 Watts PEP SSB. It tunes 1.8 to 30 MHz continuously, including MARS and WARC bands. The 3-digit turns counter plus a spinner knob gives precise inductance control so you can quickly retune to your frequency. A large lighted peak and average reading Cross-Needle meter shows SWR, forward and reflected power at a single glance! A 6-position antenna switch lets you select two coax lines and/or random wires, balanced line or external dummy load. This one works fine and looks very close to new. Paper work is included for $200. . MFJ 969 Roller Inductor Antenna Tuner For Sale: The 969 covers 160 thru 6 meters continuously with the roller inductor, so is ideal for MARS as well as normal ham use. This tuner will handle 300 watts, and includes a "cross needle" SWR/Wattmeter with a nice back light feature, and a built in dummy load. It also has a built in antenna switch that allows for switching of up two coaxial fed antennas, a balanced antenna, or the internal dummy load. It also allows for bypassing the tuner. The wattmeter will read either average or peak power (with circuitry to actual measure peak). A 4:1 balun is included inside. The wattmeter, antenna switch, and dummy load are worth the cost, even if you do not need the tuner! This particular tuner works 100%, and looks extremely nice. The multi color lexan front panel looks perfect. Paper work is included for $125. . HF Mobile Antenna Matchers For Sale: HF mobile antennas, by their nature, are shortened versions of the normal quarter wave vertical. As a result, they often exhibit lower impedences than we would like. These impedences should be matched for best efficiency. Most of the time, we tune the HF mobile antenna for best SWR, and assume that a 50 ohm match is the resonant point. That is rarely the case. The new antenna analyzers show us where resonance actually exists and what the impedence actually is. Marching this impedence to 50 ohms gets us to maximum efficiency. Both of these units have SO-239 connectors in and out. MFJ 910 Mobile Antenna Matcher Six different positions to match. Works fine. Shows its use. With paper work for $20. Unknown manufacture Similar to above, but has 11 positions of matching. Works fine. Looks OK. $20 . MFJ 870 "Grandmaster" HF Wattmeter For Sale: MFJ Grandmaster SWR/Power meters are the Cadillacs of ham radio! It has a large 3.25 inch illuminated meter for easy viewing. A highly visible black and red meter scale on a bright white background makes it quick and easy to read SWR, forward or reflected power. The GrandMaster series feature an SWR scale that expands the full view of the meter. 3:1 SWR is centered at mid- scale to give you precision and wide-range measurements. It features peak and average, forward and reflected power readings and has selectable power ranges of 30, 300, or 3000 watts, and covers from 1.6 to 60 MHz. SO-239 connectors in and out. Meter lamp requires 13.8 VDC or 110 VAC. All GrandMaster Meters are precisely factor calibrated for accurate measurements. This one works fine and looks fine. It is still in its original box, with paper work for $50. . SSB Audio Filter For Sale: Many moons ago, MFJ had a variety of audio filters available. These were built on a PC board about 2 x 3 inches in size, and made to be added to various rigs. Typically they were used in homebrew rigs, or in many cases to enhance the filtering in QRP rigs. They are audio filters using op amps, and really work quite well. This unit is the SBF-2, which is a SSB filter. According to the paper work which is with it, it has bandwidths of 2500 Hz, 2000 Hz, and 1500 Hz, plus a "High Pass" mode. Although specs say it is powered by 6 to 30 volts, most used either 9 or 12 V DC. Only $15. . MFJ 295 I speaker microphone Electret condenser mic. Earphone jack, 8 position swivel lapel clip, stretchable cord. $13 . . I also have many other accessories available such as many different types of microphones, HTs, VHF and UHF rigs, HF and VHF/UHF antennas, connectors, miscellaneous accessories, etc. Just too many to list here. Please e-mail your requests. . Prices do not include shipping from Florida. Thanks. 73, Ken, W8EK Ken Simpson E-mail to W8EK at FLHam.net or W8EK at arrl.net Voice Phone (352) 732-8400 . .
