MFJ Items For Sale:

MFJ 989, 3000 Watt rated, HF Antenna Tuner:

The 3 KW MFJ-989 features two massive transmitting capacitors
and a roller inductor with a three digit counter. You won't
have arcing problems with this roller inductor, because firm
springs put considerable pressure on a plated contact wheel.

You can tune your SWR down to the absolute minimum from 1.8
to 30 MHz, including MARS and the WARC bands. It has a super
heavy duty balun for balanced lines.

You can select two coax antennas direct or through the
tuner, balanced line or random wire, plus a built-in 50
ohm 300 watt dummy load. A wattmeter is also included.

This one works fine, and looks good, although there is
some slight wear. The meter light has burned out. Paper
work included for $175.

MFJ 207 HF Antenna Analyzer:

The MFJ-207 10-160 Meter Antenna SWR Analyzer gives you a
direct readout of your antennas SWR without the need for
formulas or indirect readings. The MFJ-207 can also be used
to adjust a tuner to match your antenna without the need
for transmitting. Its frequency coverage is approximately
from 1.75 MHz to 30 MHz in five bands.
The bands and coverage are approximately:
BAND A: 1.75 - 3.00 MHz
BAND B: 3.00 - 5.00 MHz
BAND C: 6.50 - 11.70 MHz
BAND D: 11.65 - 20.00 MHz
BAND E: 18.00 - 30.00 MHz

The MFJ-207 uses a 9V battery or 110VAC from a wall wart
power supply.

This one works fine, and looks fine. It is in its original box,
with paper work for $60.

Wall Wart power supply for use with the MFJ 207. $12

Buy both of the above for $70.

W2AU "Big Signal" 1 to 1 balun:

W2AU baluns operate at a low VSWR from 1.8 to 40 mHz, and
handle powers up to 2 KW PEP (at SWRs of less than 3:1).
W2AU Baluns are transformer designs with ferrite cores to
provide 95% minimum coupling efficiency. Each has a built-
in lightning arrestor, hang up hook, and 600 lbs of pull-
apart strength in a weatherized, rugged package using
only stainless steel hardware and quality materials.

This is the 1 to 1 model.
It appears that this one was never used. W2AU sells these
for about $30. Buy this one for only $20.

Heath HN-31 "Cantenna" RF Dummy Load:

This is the traditional Heath dummy load that will handle a
kilowatt. It has a derating curve both printed in the manual
and on the can.

It is in good shape both electrically and cosmetically. The
cantenna has no rust, dents or dings.

I can ship it either with or without oil. The cost to purchase
is the same, but of course the shipping will be higher with
the oil.

Paper work is included for $40.

is a Japanese copy. It is brass colored, but is not real
brass. Includes shorting switch.
It works fine and looks fine. $18

Generic straight key
This is a generic CW straight key with a plastic base.
It is nothing fancy, but it will do the job. $10

AEA AC-1 "Wall Wart" Power Supply

This "Wall wart" power supply will supply 12 V DC at
up to 1 amp.
It can be used with the AEA PK-232, PK-88 or others.

This unit has a 2.1 mm coaxial power plug, with the
center positive, so it can be used on many different
things that require about 12 V DC at up to an amp,
such as keyers, antenna tuners, etc.

This is a "regular" wall wart -- not the new switching
type that creates all sort of noise in your receiver.
Get this one, and leave the noise behind. $14
