[MFJ-Ameritron] 297 desk mike

I have an MFJ 297 desk mic. I have the Yaesu  cable I was using with the old 
FT 757. I'm looking for an Icom cable to go to an  IC 746. Anyone have one for 
Icom to sell or trade for the Yaesu one? Or   interested in the Yaesu one?
