Dave,
It seems their phones are almost always busy but they apparently are that 
busy.  It takes many tries but I've always gotten through and found them to 
be most helpful.  In their new 2006 catalog on Page 58-59, they are listing 
components for homebrew projects.  Hopefully you will be able to find what 
you need there.  Otherwise, just keep trying on the phone.
