[MFJ-Ameritron] MFJ-784B help needed

Hi all,

I have just got an MFJ-784B DSP unit, at the right price. No screws in
the cover and none holding the board in either. Otherwise it looks okay
other than a missing U14, looks like this is the audio output IC. C14,
C51, and C61 are also missing but not sure if they are needed or not.

Can anybody help in identifying these components for me?

I also noticed that the EPROM, a 27C256 does not have a UV protection
label over the erase window, is this normal on these units?
