    Probably could be done, but you would have to re-design the input
circuit of the 10 meter section by changing the tunable coil and capacitors.
Then you would have to redesign the tank circuit.
    I would think it would be easier to just built a linear amp. for 6
meters from scratch. You might look into just buying a 6 meter linear
amp.(Mirage A-1015G), it would probably be cheaper than re-building the 10
meter section and tank circuit. Going to be hard to get the power of a 80B
up to what I think you want (1000W PEP) on 50MHz.
