Hi Percy,
I blew the e-mail adr when I sent this before so here goes again.
The 249 is the same as the 259 but without meters. I have the
259 and would not part with it. It's the niftiest test box I ever
owned. No problems whatever. I also e-mailed MFJ and ask about
aligning the "resistance" meter and they sent me a complete manual
with original design specs and complete alignment for everything. They
are great to deal with.
