[Meteor-Scatter] M2 Antennas gone silent key?

Short background: back in september I was assembling a 2M5WL antenna for 
my Club-station, when I discovered that one of the boom-segments was 
mis-manufactured. This can happen to anybody, and after a little bit of 
back and forth M2 sales promised to send a replacement. So far so good!

That, however, was the last I've heard from them! Despite two enquieries 
to the sales department (after 4 and 8 weeks respectively had passed) 
and a subsequent email addressed to Mike Staal, K6MYC directly, there 
has been no sign of life (and no replacement boom-segment).

Does anbody know whether they are in trouble, or whether this is par for 
the cause?
