[Meteor-Scatter] Amended MS Procedure & amended band Plan

Hi Dave

I agree it is a sad fact that the amended band plan now pushes Digital mode
further down the band and creates another calling QRG for FSK
This has been tried before and failed with the allocation of 144.400 for SSB
Having 2 calling QRG will just increase the cluster traffic and bring more
confusion and less QSO's
The current method of QSY QRG should have been enough if you want to call CQ
and not RX other people calling then its fine.
Now we have to monitor 2 QRG's to see who is calling CQ fine if you have
dual VFO capabilities.

This is just another case of minority interference into our hobby by people
that in the main don't work the mode.
Good luck

The way I read it, unless the people in the contact gain the details from
'other' means, then the contact is valid. So, as long as you don't obtain
the details yourself then the contact is valid.

In addition, who is going to be able to monitor email, DX-Cluster,
telephones, all of the internet sites to check up anyway?
