Hello All,

I have a Dressler EEV-2000 GaAs SMD VHF Preamp and a TOKIO HY-POWER HRA-7 UHF Preamp that are fried.
I'm looking for the transistors 3SK97 for the Dressler and 2SK361 for the TOKIO HY-POWER.

Does anyone know where can I find these transistors?
