RE [Meteor-Scatter] C3

Hi all

Just a question anyone arround here who knows if C3 (Andorra) is a CEPT 
country ??? This summer I will go there on holliday it would be nice to 
take a 2m rig with me.

Hi John ,
to my knowledge : it is not. And I must add that C3 ham organisation seems 
to be NOT cooperative at all to get a license for abroad ops. I've sent 
several mails last year because I wanted to activate C3 on 3cm RS ( and 
there is no chance to jam anyone on 3cm) , but I never got a reply.
It is particularly annoying because C3 is a country with a special status 
: half french/half spanish , but even for F operators it is looking very 
difficult , if not impossible to get a license/permit.
I heard some past expeditions behaved very badly there , and it is one of 
the reasons why getting a license is so hard. But you should try anyway...
