[Meteor-Scatter] 144 MHz logbook ZA/PA2CHR

Hi all,

There have been several people asking for the log of ZA/PA2CHR both for EME
and MS.

I will try to keep it updated as well as possible.
The connection link with ZA is difficult.

They will concentrate MORE on CW in the next days, as JT65B was not much of
a success in Albania.
They had problems receiving and decoding, probably many stations were
answering their CQ at the same time....
