[Meteor-Scatter] DX cluster analysis maps

There are some new maps in my WEB site showing (in real time)
an analysis of last hour VHF DX cluster spots.

I am running these maps experimentally, and they wont be
(for now) updated 24h a day, because they require my
personal computer running in order to make the analysis
and draw the maps. However, if there is enough interest
I will try keep them running as many hours as possible.

They are intended to provide a quick overview of the
propagation conditions in real time. For a more detailed
and personalized analysis of the conditions you should
try the LiveMuf program (http://g7rau.demon.co.uk/default.asp)
