Hello,

why not just using the good practice known from 144.100, which has been
used without problems for decades ? During my active HSCW MS time, from
1998 to approximately 2001, I've never seen any problem with the random
procedure.
All your problems have been solved years ago for CW, it just seem that
too many people are QRV now which do not know what they are doing...
Staying at 144.370 results in the same chaos known from 144.200. Modern
transceiver have synthesizer controlled local oscillators, and usually
have a big VFO knob allowing fast QSY... Just USE IT, don't discuss
about it.
