[Meteor-Scatter] iW7DEC from JN81

Hello dear MS Friends,
	iW7DEC from JN81 qrv in PERSEIDs 2004 and in this months (august and
September). During Perseides, I plan to start operation at 20 UTC on August
11 and stop 13 UTC on August 12. 

In the peak of perseids i'll active only in random SSB QRG 144.350-144.351.
I use this frequencies for 2 week, and it's clear. If, i must change the
frequencies i send a spot in cluster.

In other time, I will call CQ in FSK on 144370, and are avaible for realtime
sked. I can be reached by SMS, ON4KST, WWC14345, DXCluster.
