[Meteor-Scatter] Re: Leonids peak 2003 - Main dust stream component

The predicted visual peak for the main component of this shower is 0730z 
on the 19th
for N. Europe.
This fits in with my radio records since 1997 when adjusted for a radio 
peak delta of -5hrs.
This would suggest the primary radio peak NE/SW will be around 0100z on 
the 19th.
This correlates well with last nights 12 hours of automated monitoring 
of OH8K's continuous
operation on 144.355.
Having said this, the expected ZHR is unlikely to exceed 200.
