[Meteor-Scatter] WinMSDSP problem

I know that using WinMSdsp program could sound old fashioned but I still like running HSCW and I have a problem running WinMSDSP,
might be someone could help me...

I have installed the program in my laptop (running Windows-ME) and the PTT (using the COM port) is not working....it activates the
PTT for a tenth of a second or so and then releases it, in other words it doesn't keep the PTT active.

In the past I had the program running in my desktop PC witouth trouble, also with Windows-ME, so I wonder if some of you have a
suggestion of what can be wrong.

I know the PTT is not working in Windows 2000 and XP, but in ME it should be OK..

I will appreciate any suggestion... thanks !
