[Meteor-Scatter] PA problem is fixed

I just want to say MANY THANKS for alls answers I have received to my E-Mail requesting advice on how the fix the problem with my
PA.

As most you pointed the problem was due to short-circuited diodes in the rectifier.  I have replaced them and the PA is working
again so aparently there was no other problem behind.
