Dear friends,

My PA has passed away today while transmiting. The main fuse has blown and it continues blowing each time I switch on the
amplifier. There is no visible damage in any circuit or component and I have even removed the tube (3CX800A7). The trafo seems to
be OK and when I disconnect the 2Kv secondary from the HV board then the fuse doesn't blow any more so I assume the problem must be
in the HV or the control circuit.

The amplifier is an "SSB electronic V-1300". Anyone could provide me with a copy of the diagram of this PA?

Also any suggestion of where to start looking at will be very much appreciated...my knowledge of this kind of PA's is very limited !

I have checked that problem persists even having removed the tube, so I assume the tube is not the trouble. Is this asumption
right? Is there any way to make a basic check of the tube?

I will appreciate very much any help...thanks in advance.
