Now about QSL.
My friend RN3AP called me and told, that he heard "pirate" on 21 mHz,
which uses my callsign. I`m not active on Short Wave  from Moscow. 
I understoon now, why I don`t    receive your QSL. Probably this "pirate"
takes away all my QSL from Moscow radio club. I frequently absent in
Moscow. For this reason, please send me QSL direct to:
