Can someone help me in getting HV0A QSL card ?

I was lucky to work him via tropo on 144 Mhz. past summer and I send my QSL to the manager IK�FVC, together with a SAE and a
generous donation to be sure he would send the QSL back.

After 10 months I still haven't received it and IK�FVC is not even answering my E-Mails asking how to get the QSL.

Anyone knows IK�FVC and can ask him on behalf of me ?
Has someone managed to get HV0A QSL ?  How ?
