Using WSJT 2.3.0 under Windows XP on a Thinkpad IBM R32, I find 
variations of the power output during I use it ( Naturally I use  
others active task at the same time ).  This phenomenon does not appear 
on an other PC with Win95osr2.  Still I have found problems with the 
management of the RX&TX delays that have caused an breakdown of the my 
relays.  
Someone has found the same problems?  
You have some consideration for me?
