[Meteor-Scatter] WINMSDSP PTT keying problem

Hi all,

I have a problem with WIN MSDSP. i can't key the TX with the COM interface.
I checked the output voltages but nothing comes out of the COM port.
The interface is OK, works with all other programs and settings should be 
OK. (TX port and PTT active)

I'm using WIN98SE.

Any idea ? Is this a known problem ?

btw: i will be qrv during the night of the maximum until i fall asleep ! CW 
and SSB , some WSJT tests, but it's not my cup of tea...
