[Meteor-Scatter] Poor conditions ?

Hello all

I had two attempts at FSK441 this morning. First with 9H1XT and second with
HA4WQ.

Both failed: Reflections seemed very poor indeed, or were my qso partners
running qrp Hi ?

I would appreciate any info on these stations please, like locator and
power/aerial etc.
