[Meteor-Scatter] Leonids

No, there will be a Leonids meteor shower every year,
although it won't always reach the storm level that it
is predicted to this year.  However, most predictions
are saying that we will have a very good chance of a
storm in 2003, but that should be the last storm for
awhile.  Then just back to regular shower levels.
