[Meteor-Scatter] Slow speed CW txing Software

Enrico,

Not long ago I searched also such software, although in my case I was interested in a sotware that could generate a CW tone that
could be fed to the rig in SSB mode (as with WinMSDSP).

I didn't find any program which works satisfactory on Windows...If you manage to find some PLEASE let me know !!
