[Meteor-Scatter] Need for KP03 square?

Hello,

I'm thinking of taking MS equipment with me when going to KP03 square in the
beginning of June. I will not do it if there is no need for MS activation
from there. Those who need the square please send me email directly ASAP and
I will evaluate the needs and then decide whether I will do it or not. I
will only do HSCW from there, I will not do any WSJT carbage.
