[Meteor-Scatter] Help installing WSJT

I have installed WSJT ver 1.0 on NEC P2-300 running Win98SE.  I can't get any 
receive graphics on either monitor or record...no green line...no RX noise 
figure in the third panel following a record or monitor session.  The 
transmit function works normally with FSK 441 signals driving the USB output 
of the IC 746.

Incoming audio from the transceiver (IC 746) is received by PSK31 programs 
and the computer sound system puts out the audio on the speakers...but no 
audio on the WSJT receive screen.

I have d/l the ver 1.03 upgrade, but when I try to install it, the WSJT 
program won't load giving a message about not being able to read the .ini 
file.  I tried to delete the ver 1.0 .ini file, but I get a message saying 
unable to delete.
