[Meteor-Scatter] QSL CARDS

Hi All,
I just had cards checked for endorsements on 6 and 2 meters and initial
award on 432.
 The reason I am writing this is I was amazed at the number of cards that
were refused due to no mode shown, year not on card, I even had one that I
missed that the guy didn't put my call on it.(Don't know how I missed that
one)
 I found out that they are more critical on VHF/UHF cards than on HF.
Just wanted to let you know to be very careful when filing out cards. Be
sure ALL the info is there. I know it sure took the wind out of my sails.
