[Meteor-Scatter] WSJT chat (and more)

Hi there,

There are a plenty of different systems running as Chats, Dxclusters,
World Wide Converse,... It is better a "all in one" system. The 50, 144
MHz and microwave chats have all of these functionnalities: chat window
with very speedy response time, DX cluster integrated (linked with not
only OH2AQ but also with PE1MCD, SV1AAW, F5MZN, SV1AAW, GB7DJK, IK5PWJ,
ED7ZAB and ONs DX clusters). You can send DX spots or announcements and
converse with other HAM on WWC14345 and WWC10368 if they are not able to

access to the chat by internet. Fully configurable (QRG range,  frame
presentation, colors,...) an important work was done to keep a "formula
one" response time. I was happy to see around 60 users on the 144 MHz
chat speaking about MS, asking WSJT, SSB or HSCW skeds last monday.
