Hello Gabriel and all.  Very interesting exchanges.  But I have a comment.

I know that is how it is done on your side of the pond, but since you now
have a significant number of North American amateurs reading this reflector,
and some of them may be new to MS, I think it wise to mention that our rules
are opposite.  We do not allow sending the report until BOTH callsigns have
been completely received.
