[Meteor-Scatter] Perseids

We're now coming to the main part of the Perseids meteor shower, 
everybody's "old favorite." The moon will not interfere with viewing this 
year, and never interferes with MS operations (unless you decide to operate 
EME instead of MS).   ;-}
