Hello,
I have done it at a friends one, but it was not typical, since that one =
had the Mutek kit installed...
The RX line can be split between the RX/TX relay and the RX board. I =
got SMA female mounted to the heat sink and a small hole drilled =
besides which fits a small coax. Then I soldered a small piece of coax =
directly after the relay, fed that through the drill, and on the other =
end an SMA goes into the female connector. From this female connector =
the line continous to the RX board. While connected, the radio behaves =
like the usual one. When you want to operate with external antenna, =
just connect iit to the the female SMA.
