Alex et.al.,

If you are just getting started you will need to download a 5.1 MB file
called WSJT100.ZIP, unzip its contents into a convenient directory such
as C:\TEMP, and run the program setup.exe to install WSJT version 1.0 
to a directory of your choice.  To upgrade to version 1.9.4 
(strongly recommended!), download the file UPD194.ZIP, unzip it into 
your temporary directory, and then copy the resulting files into your 
main WSJT installation directory.

This is (recently) the ONLY way to get WSJT/JT44 started as Ver. 1.9.4.
