I did not receive an attachment. 
HOWA is supporting county RACES.  The county has requested RACES operators to man the EOC RACES position from 1900 today through 1900 Sunday. We will take in sitreps from around the county and forward them to the appropriate EOC desk. We will probably operate in our 147.135+ repeater. PL 156.7.
