[MDC-EC] Health EOCs

Hello, The District of Columbia is building a Department of Health EOC
(HEC).  They have asked us for help defining the use of amateur radio for
backup communications.  They already use Hospital MARS to contact the local
hospitals.

 

They would like to know what amateur capabilities are available in the
neighboring counties (e.g., VHF Voice, Digital, HF, Winlink 2K, etc.).

 

Would you mind sharing what capabilities are in place in your jurisdiction
(EOC, Health EOC, Hospitals)?
