[MDC-EC] EC Report Reminder

To All MDC-Section County Emergency Coordinators 
 
This a monthly reminder to get your jurisdiction report to me by the third of next month.
 
Format has not changed, but I would like to ask that you include each month information about your meetings if you hold them. . .as a minimum, even if you have nothing else to report.  Time, place, repeater access and point of contact would be helpful to those who read Jim Cross' Section News letter and find out about your ARES group that would not have known about it otherwise.  There is always that possibility.
 
Please continue to use the file naming convention I established last year.
 
Example:  2014-07 <<four letter county designation>> EC Report.xx where xx is the file extension type.
 
We look forward to hearing from you and the good things you do for your county.
