[MDC-EC] November EC Reports

Hi Guys,

Happy Thanksgiving.

I will be out of the area after December 7 and returning on the twenty-second.  There will be little time for me to consolidate your EC reports to the League on time.

I would appreciate it if you could get them to me right at the first of December.  I will be most thankful if you could do this for me.
 
And another thing I will most thankful for after tomorrow is. . .elastic waistbands!
