[MDC-EC] FSD 212-1 Monthly report Form

GM all,
I have placed a blank FSD-212-1 Monthly DEC/EC Report form in the files section of the Winlink group.  The form is a MS Word format and all you have to do is fill it in, and choose: File> Save As:, with the file format that Jim has requested for the monthly reports.  We are working on a web version but that may take some time to complete.
