[MDC-EC] EC Report file Names

To All Maryland-DC Section ECs:

Thanks to Steve, N3SB, for his past efforts as the SEC.  He is doing a great job helping me along as I figure out the job before me.  As of late, he has all 17 ECs on the reflector now, and we can begin a new chapter for the Section.

For those who sent their September report to me, much is appreciated.

I would like to standardize the file names to help me better organize my process to deliver a top-notch report to the SM.  When I download the reports, later I have to click on each one to see "from whence it came."  The file names need to be consistent.  So, I propose the following for your next submission.  Here is the example I would like to follow:

2012-10 ALLE EC Report.xxx

The file extension is whatever you have been using in the past.

If there be no objections, we will start with your October report.

In the ensuing weeks/months, I will be asking for important information germane to your ARES activities, such as meeting nights, nets, social calendar, etc.  Once finished, I will get it out to all of you, so we'll all be on the same page with the same information.  This will take some time, obviously.

I look forward to meeting all of you at some point to share and exchange ideas.  Once we get the above information in hand, we will start a visitation program of some kind to see how the rest of the Section operates.  It should be fun.
