[MDC-EC] Monthly Winlink Test and other Winlink Info

Hi all,
This month's Winlink test will be held tomorrow July 10th.
Stations will have 24 hours to send a Winlink email to n7nms at winlink.org using RF paths only, no telnet connections please.  You will receive an automated reply back from me on your next connect to the system.

N7NMS-5 has been down for a while due to antenna problems.  I hope to work on it in the near future to get it back online but it will depend if I can get the antenna to be resonant at 3 freqs at the same time.  It's a long story on how automatic antenna tuners work, but that is the short version.

N7NMS-9 the Allegany county Winlink digi is temporary down until I can find another site with less interference.  Thanks to the MARC for hosting it's site for the last few years. I hope to have it back up at a better site in a couple of months.  I have limited access to the new site, so I have to schedule things with others for access and the project will take some time to complete.

N7NMS-10 RMS Packet is also down until the digi project is complete and at that time it will change frequencies.
