[MDC-EC] Monthly Winlink Test

Hi all,
We had one of our best monthly tests to date, with 20 checkins this month. folks checked in from the following counties:

Anne Arundel
Prince Georges
Frederick
Calvert
I will count Allegany since I live there and checkin to get all of your messages.

Please make sure you are a member of the MDDCWinlink Yahoo group to keep up with the latest software releases and news.

One note:  RMS Packet will soon be coming out with a version that does not require a keycode to operate it.  this will make it much easier to set up ad-hoc RMS Packet gateways in a disaster where internet is available to move traffic.  More to come....
