[MDC-EC] October Winlink Test

Hi all,
Here are the results of the October Winlink test:
We had 17 checkins this month, from the following counties:
 
Anne Arundel
Calvert
Charles
Garrett
Prince Georges
 
Checkins were made with VHF/UHF, HF Winmor, and HF Pactor.
